The Chinese brand Gree is a very good quality air conditioner and is supplied by a large company so back up and warranty is guaranteed. Many other Chinese brands are poor quality, with the potential to cause unlimited problems for the customer.
With some of the smaller importers of Chinese brand airconditioners Polarice Air Conditioning have found they often go out of business then your warranty is worth nothing. Polarice Air Conditioning have found it better business to offer the choice between known brands or units from well established Chinese companies.
