Polarice Air Conditioning is owned by me, Tony Matthews. I have been an electrician now for 26 years and an air conditioning installer for 20 years. This means that you, as the customer are at a distinct advantage by using our company. With some companies you will have the installation done and then may wait for an electrician to come and do the final connections. Our company will provide you with one installer who will do the complete job. You don't want an air conditioner on the wall and not being able to use it due to it not being wired up yet. We guarantee prompt and efficient service with full warranties on all our work. We only use the best quality air conditioners and install materials so there are no problems with the installation. Tony has been to China and seen the factories to guarantee the best quality of materials being supplied. I have been importing my products for four years and have had no problems. The air conditioners supplied by Polarice are some of the best in the industry. Fujitsu has just been voted number one in Australia and Daikin are number two. Mitsubishi is also a well known brand and is very efficient and quiet. The Chinese brand Gree is a very good quality air conditioner and is supplied by a large company so back up and warranty is guaranteed. Many other Chinese brands are poor quality, with the potential to cause unlimited problems for the customer. With some of the smaller importers of Chinese brand airconditioners,unfortunately, though these units can be cheaply priced and that is their attraction, many customers find that these importers can go out of business, then your warranty is worth nothing. We have found it better business to offer the choice between known brands or units from well established Chinese companies. This gives our customers guaranteed backup and peace of mind if a problem arises with the unit. Customer feedback shows us that most people are happy to sometimes pay a little more for the unit especially if the brand is well known. However,we respect the fact that the decision is the customers and are always happy to install the unit of their choice. |
